Admissions Details

If you’re interested in taking courses without being admitted to a degree or certificate program at UWRF, you may enroll as a temporary graduate* or undergraduate student. If you plan to take graduate-level courses, you must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. The application fee is waived but you must indicate in your application that your reason for applying is to take courses for personal or professional enrichment.

If you decide to pursue a degree or certificate at UWRF in the future, you’ll need to notify us in writing and meet any additional admission requirements, including payment of the application fee.

*Not all graduate programs enroll non-degree seeking students. To inquire about non-degree enrollment options for graduate programs, contact Graduate Admissions at graduateadmissions@uwrf.edu or 715-425-3500.
